We are working on building relationships and creating a virtual global network of women working in Technology. We assign sister mentors to the girls who participate in our camps. The sisterhood helps the girls learn about the different fields of technology, make opportunities available to them and guide them in their respective careers.
It is more than a skype call.
Being a Sister Mentor is also about commitment. Apart from the virtual conversations with your mentee during and after the camp, you will be building a personal connection.
